Organic Xylitol can be used in preparation of any sweets by simply substituting sugar with the same amount of organic xylitol (1:1).

Like many other foods (chocolate, grapes, raisins, onions, …), organic xylitol is not suitable for dogs and other pets as they metabolise it in a different way than humans.
